遊戲中使用漢字與其他中文玩家溝通的修改法

以下為Red修改版,在這方式下你可以用英文與英文版玩家溝通,亦可以用"漢
字"與華人溝通...


將StarWarsGalaxies(遊戲目錄)下的 options.cfg檔案

用筆記本打開,並在最後加入下列三行..存檔後關閉筆記本.



[SharedGame]
defaultLocale=en
fontLocale=j5


執行程式,進入遊戲.....你可以打"漢字"了....

(某些日文沒支援的漢字顯示不出來是正常的,雙字元語系的語言應該都可以用這
種方法來修改)

以上是英文介面(含英文任務說明),但你可以使用漢字與其他也如此設定的玩家
溝通(包含使用日文版的)

當然,你也可以使用日文版來玩,.........

那就只要執行遊戲目錄下SwgClientSetup_r.exe ,game頁籤裡

下方Language選項選成Japanese即可用日文版,同時也能看到漢字.

PS:無論你是用日文版 還是Red修改版的方式顯示介面,

純英文版的玩家還是可以看到你的英文,你也可以用英文溝通...


但是若你使用漢字,純英文版的人只能看到 "口口口口...."

所以記得請你的華人朋友,也要用這方式改才能看得到中文喔....

Place in SWG Root Directory (Default -- C:\Program Files\Star Wars Galaxies)
Try not to download more than 2 at a time. SOE will cut your connection for a second and youll get corrupt patch files.

STEP 2:
Download SWGEmu Client Fix

EXTRACT this in your SWG Folder

STEP 3:
Fix SWGEmu Client Shortcut
1. Make a shortcut of SWGEmu.exe
2. Edit the properties on the newly created shortcut and add this to the target feild Code:
-- -s Station subscriptionFeatures=1 gameFeatures=255"

ie. "C:\StarWarsGalaxies\SWGEmu.exe" -- -s Station subscriptionFeatures=1 gameFeatures=255

STEP 4:
Set Login Server (Skip If Using Your Own Server)
1. Open swgemu_login.cfg with any local text editor
2. Set the value of "loginServerAddress0=" to whatever server ip you wish to connect to and save. (Set it to: "loginServerAddress0=tc.spraticnet.net" for eXiled Test Center)

STEP 5: (Link Currently Dead, Skip To Next Step)
Fix Lighting Issue with SWGEmu
1. Download http://shattered-realm.net/Downloads/dpvs.dll
2. Replace dpvs.dll with the newly downloaded dpvs.dll in your SWG Root Directory

STEP 6:
Fixing the Empty Emotes (Ctrl-A)
1. Create a folder named "ui" in your StarWarsGalaxies folder.
2. Download http://home.comcast.net/~gailon24/ui_skill.inc (Right click and "Save As...")
3. Place ui_skill.inc in the ui folder.

[NOTICE] Feb 1st 2010 Login Server Down Temporarily
Earlier this evening the Login Server (hosted in Chicago) crashed after a 20 minute lag spike on Nova: TC. All those who remained in game are able to stay logged in, however if you were disconnected, or are disconnected during the time period that the login server is down, you will be unable to connect.

The login server being down will produce A BAD PASSWORD ERROR; this does not mean your account is compromised, it's just a bug.

Please be patient until we can get the login server restarted, until that time, no one will be able to log into the TC.

今晚早些時候的登錄服務器（主機在芝加哥）墜毀後 20分鐘就落後尖峰 Nova: TC。所有這些誰留在遊戲能夠保持登錄狀態，但是如果你斷開，或斷開，在一段時間內登錄服務器已關閉，您將無法連接。

Setting Up the SWGEmu Client

SWGEmu provides a patcher that can patch any build of the game to the PreCU version. SWGEmu does not provide the actual SWG client itself, you must install the game with the retail disks. The retail disks can be obtained for as little as $10 online. You may NOT use the official SWG trial client with the SWGEmu Launchpad Enhanced patcher.

SWGEmu Account Creation

↑To table of contents To play on any SWGEmu server (SunCrusher, TC: Nova), you must register a global SWGEmu account. Note: this is NOT required for servers that run Core3 but are not run by SWGEmu (no servers like this at the moment). To create your SWGEmu account, go to our Forums at www.swgemu.com/forums. Only create one account, multiple accounts are not allowed. There is no limit on the number of characters on your account, so there is no reason to have more than one account. An activation e-mail will be sent to you. If you have problems creating your account, either request a new activation e-mail, or join IRC at irc.swgemu.com and join #swgemusupport for assistance.

Easy Client Setup (Windows)

  • 1) Clean the dust off your Star Wars Galaxies (SWG) discs and install like normal.
  • Optional: After installation, you can remove any of the official SOE Station software if you would like.
  • 2) Download Launchpad Enhanced (LPE) and install it. LPE will make your setup for playing on any Core3 server a painless process.
  • 3) There is only one server running at the moment, the SWGEmu Test Center Nova (when Core3 v1.0 hits, there will be other servers to select from). For now, ensure Nova is selected as the server on LPE. Select “Game Options” to set your resolution and other game options.
  • 4) Once LPE updates, press “Play”. Your Forum account login is also your game login on TC: Nova. If you are stuck at the loading screen and unable to connect, the server is most likely down. Check the website for the latest server status. Remember it is a TEST CENTER, downtime may occur without notice.
